The role will include:
Project-led work:
- Contract administration across refurbishment and maintenance schemes
- Project management duties from inception through to completion
- Stakeholder coordination and on-site delivery oversight
- Technical due diligence (TDD) for acquisitions and disposals
- Dilapidations (landlord and tenant)
- Building surveys and defect analysis
- Schedules of condition and pre-acquisition reporting
About You
- Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent)
- Strong grounding across both professional and project disciplines
- Experience in dilapidations, TDD, and contract administration
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with solid technical judgement
- Interest in heritage or complex assets beneficial
