We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Property Manager to join our client's team in Beckenham, Southeast London!
They are a leading firm in the property management industry, committed to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to their clients. With a friendly atmosphere and a focus on professional growth, they believe in empowering their team to achieve their best.

Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Fully Office based: Monday - Friday

Salary: Β£35,000 - Β£38,000 + bonus & commission

What You'll Do:
As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties 🏑
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors 🀝
  • Handling property inspections, maintenance requests, and tenant communications πŸ“ž
  • Preparing and managing budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency πŸ’°
  • Ensuring compliance with property regulations and best practices πŸ“œ
  • Overseeing lease agreements and renewals, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved

Who You Are:
We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a proven track record in property management or a related field
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Can manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
