What’s on offer
- Starting hourly rate from £14.00, with increases based on experience, skill level, output, and competency
- Opportunity to earn £29k–£40k+ depending on hours worked (40–55 hours per week)

Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in wholesale, food production, or processing environments looking to develop further. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out boning, trimming, portioning, and cutting of beef, pork, lamb and poultry (chicken)
- Working to production targets for yield, quality, and throughput
- Maintaining high standards of knife work accuracy and efficiency
- Following food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures
- Operating safely within a chilled production environment
- Working as part of a team to deliver consistent product standards
- Proven experience in butchery or meat processing
- Strong knife skills, including boning and trimming
- Carcass breakdown experience highly desirable across beef, lamb, pork, and poultry
- Understanding of yield, cutting specifications, and product quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Reliable, consistent, and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in chilled conditions
