Elevation Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established Rotherham-based manufacturer to recruit an experienced CNC Turner to join their team.
CNC Turner – Rotherham
Salary: £16 per hour
Shift: Days – flexible working hours
Location: Rotherham
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC turning machines to high standards
- Program machines from drawings using Fanuc controls
- Inspect and measure components to ensure quality and tolerances are met
- Maintain machinery and carry out routine checks to ensure smooth operation
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and output targets
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Turnerr
- Competent in programming and operating CNC turning machines
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
- Knowledge of Fanuc controls is essential
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
