Site Supervisor - Civil Engineering

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Package

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead direct labour on civils projects across the Lincolnshire area.

This role offers ongoing work on a secure programme with multiple sites.

Key Duties:

Supervising gangs carrying out civil engineering
Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring works are delivered to programme
Overseeing health & safety and site compliance
Liaising with site management and reporting progress

Requirements:

Experience as a Supervisor within any construction industry
SSSTS or SMSTS
CSCS Card
Strong experience working on live sites
