A growing fire consultancy in Yorkshire is seeking a Passive Fire Surveyor to support a range of social housing and commercial projects. This Passive Fire Surveyor role will involve compartmentation surveys and fire door inspections across Leeds, Sheffield and York.

The Passive Fire Surveyor will join an established surveying team with a strong reputation in the sector. This Passive Fire Surveyor position offers local work, ongoing training and progression opportunities. The successful Passive Fire Surveyor will work on secured long-term frameworks. The Passive Fire Surveyor will also benefit from a flexible management team and excellent support.



The Passive Fire Surveyor's Role

The Passive Fire Surveyor will conduct fire door inspections, compartmentation surveys and prepare technical reports for clients. The Passive Fire Surveyor will also identify remedial actions and support compliance programmes.



The Passive Fire Surveyor

  • Experience with fire door or compartmentation surveys
  • FIRAS knowledge beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
