Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 DOE

What You’ll Be Doing?
Salary between £30,000 – £38,000 depending on experience
-Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends

What You’ll Be Doing?
- Managing end-to-end air freight export and/or import shipments
- Liaising with airlines, customers, overseas agents, and hauliers
- Handling customs documentation and shipment tracking
- Providing excellent customer service and proactive communication
- Ensuring all shipments are completed accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the wider operations team to maintain smooth day-to-day logistics activity
- Previous experience within Air Freight Operations
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Customs knowledge would be advantageous
