Bucks-based Secondary School seeks a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join its inclusive support team. This LSA opportunity would suit someone passionate in aiding pupils build confidence, engagement, and independence both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide classroom support to pupils with additional needs
  • Work alongside teachers to adapt learning activities
  • Encourage positive behaviour and social development
  • Support students on both a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assist with monitoring progress and pupil engagement
  • Help create a calm and inclusive learning environment

The School is Looking For:

  • Previous experience supporting children or young people
  • A patient and nurturing approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence supporting pupils with varying learning needs
  • A genuine passion for education and inclusion

The role is open to graduates, experienced support staff, or individuals considering a long-term career in education.
