Maintenance Electrician | Fenchurch Street | £43,000 + Package

Are you a Level 3 Qualified Electrician looking for the stability of a static site in the heart of the City? We are looking for a skilled sparky to join our engineering team based at a high-profile site near Fenchurch Street.

If you're tired of the "van life" and want a consistent commute to a premium location with guaranteed earning potential, this is the role for you.

The Essentials

  • Salary: £43,000 per annum

  • Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

  • Location: Fenchurch Street (Static Site)

  • Call-Out Rota: 1 in 3 (Includes a £100 standby allowance)

  • Overtime: Plenty of guaranteed OT available to significantly boost your earnings.

What You'll Be Doing

As the onsite Electrician, you'll be responsible for the planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a commercial estate. From lighting installs and power distribution to emergency light testing and fault finding, you'll be the go-to technical expert on the ground.

What You'll Need

  • Level 3 Qualification: Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).

  • 18th Edition: Up-to-date wiring regulations.

  • Experience: A solid background in commercial maintenance or installation.

  • Reliability: Since this is a static role, we need someone punctual with a professional "can-do" attitude for our clients.

Why Apply?

  • No more traffic: Trade the van and the M25 for a fixed, prestigious City location.

  • Earnings: With a £43k base and a 1-in-3 call-out rota (plus that £100 standby bonus), your take-home pay is set to be very healthy.

  • Balance: Standard 8-5 hours giving you your evenings back.
